What Send & Retain owns
Beyond dispatch, Send & Retain owns the layers a raw provider leaves to you: the hosted unsubscribe flow (with RFC 8058 one-click headers), the suppression list, automatic bounce/complaint handling from webhooks, the full message log, and the metrics. Every send flows through one choke point that enforces suppression, the kill switch, daily caps, and verified-sender rules — then logs the attempt.
