write email_backfill_missed_enrollments
Enroll the contacts who qualified while an automation was PAUSED. Events keep being recorded when an automation is off, so the people it missed are recoverable — this is the catch-up after pausing to fix a template or filter. ALWAYS dryRun first and show the human the counts: contacts whose exit event arrived after their trigger are skipped (they resolved during the pause — enrolling them would chase a customer who already converted), and the automation's own re-enrollment/cooldown/suppression guards still apply. since is required and should be the moment it was paused; there is no 'everything', because replaying an hour-long chase days late is noise. Resume the automation before running for real.
