Delete a sending domain: removes it from the project (its senders go with it) AND from the provider account unless another project still uses it.

Delete a sending domain: removes it from the project (its senders go with it) AND from the provider account unless another project still uses it. Sends from it fail afterwards. Refused while the project default sender is on it and other senders exist elsewhere.
