Create a new project (company) in the workspace.
write email_create_project
Create a new project (company) in the workspace. Optionally store the company's website URL. Creates empty Canon scaffolding; does not fetch the website or populate the brand kit. Refused when the caller is clamped to a single company, such as the in-app chat inside a company, and when the workspace is at its tier's company limit.
