Set up a company's email in one call: materialize the starter templates each pack needs, PUBLISH the versions it just creates (compile-checked, battle-tested starters), and create the sequence automations — ALWAYS PAUSED. Nothing sends: enabling each sequence stays a separate human-confirmed email_set_automation_status. Idempotent: re-running skips templates and packs already installed, so you can add a pack later without duplicates. Confirm the archetype with the human (email_list_sequence_packs) and set the brand first (email_update_brand) for on-brand emails.
