write email_update_template_meta
The 'just fix the subject' path — no new TSX. Subject and preview-text edits create a new version and are AUTO-PUBLISHED when the template is already published, so the change goes out on the next send (unlike email_update_template, which leaves a draft). The sender updates in place. Confirm the new subject with the user first when the template is live.
