Register an HTTPS endpoint to receive email events (delivered, bounced, opened, …) so the customer's system does not have to poll.

Register an HTTPS endpoint to receive email events (delivered, bounced, opened, …) so the customer's system does not have to poll. Returns the endpoint WITHOUT its signing secret — the operator copies that from the dashboard.
